Merry Christmas to each of you! We hope you are doing well and that you had a great Thanksgiving. We celebrated Thanksgiving with people from Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, America, Australia and China. It was a multi-cultural event that we all enjoyed. We went around the room and said things we were thankful for about each person. We laughed, we cried, and we were thankful. It’s truly wonderful to find family no matter where in the world we live!
Our business in the city is continuing to gain more students, and just this week we were given our business license from the government. Yay! We still need one more certificate before we can apply for the business visa, but hopefully I (Allison) can get this when I go to the US in January. So things are moving forward which is a positive sign.
We don’t know yet what we will be doing for Christmas. We dream of going to an orphanage on the other side of our province to connect with people there, but we aren’t sure if that will work out or not. But doors are continuing to open and networks are being made in this realm as well.
At the top of our list of things we are thankful for is… YOU! We appreciate your prayers, support, emails, and thoughts. You are so important to our sanity, safety, and success. We couldn’t be here without you.
We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
